模具管家信息化软件系统的开发应用

为了满足中国模具行业信息化应用的需求,陶氏模具集团根据二十多年来的生产管理经验,制定出模具行业信息化解决方案,组织各方专家开发了"模具管家信息化软件系统"(简称"NMUP系统")。NMUP系统以模具设计分析、生产管理为核心,以模具制作流程为主线,内容涵盖模具制造的全生命过程,即项目立项→模流分析→模具设计→工艺制作→加工装配→试模→质量检测→数据统计分析等的监控与管理。考虑到企业信息化的整体化需求,软件还包括了人力资源管理、营销管理、采购管理、仓库管理、图档文件管理、财务管理、系统管理等功能模块,适合国内大中小模具企业应用。

Development and application of informational software system for mould management

To meet the requirements of China mould industries for information application,Taoshi Mould Group proposed an informational solution according to their over 20 years＇ production and management experience.In the study,an informational mould management software system named NMUP was developed which covers the whole service process of mould manufacturing with design and analysis of mould and production management as core,including the control and management of project application→mould flow analysis→mould design→technological manufacturing→machining and assembly→test run→quality inspection→data statistical analysis.In view of an overall need for enterprise informatization,the software system also consists of function modules in management of human resources,marketing, purchasing,warehouse,documents,finance and system and is very applicable for Chinese mould enterprises.
