基于Moldflow的充电器底座注射成型流动分析

摘    要:利用Moldflow软件对充电器底座注射成型过程中最佳浇口位置和流动情况进行分析,确定了最佳浇口位置,分析了熔体流动的填充时间、前沿温度、体积剪切速率和压力分布变化情况,气穴和熔接痕位置。通过模拟结果找出缺陷产生的原因,改善工艺参数。

Abstract:Analysis was made on the optimal gate location and flow behavior in injection molding of a charger base was simulated by Moldflow and the optimal gate location was determined.The filling time of melt flow,front temperature,volumetric share rate,pressure distribution,the location of air pockets and weld lines were analyzed.The cause of defects was thus found out and the process parameters were improved.
