| 摘 要： | 介绍了带自动攻丝机构的级进模,通过分析支架零件的工艺性,设计了排样图与模具结构,并对模具结构特点进行了说明,模具上、下模板具有高精度和长寿命,重复装配精度高。实践证明:模具结构可靠,加工的零件质量合格,生产效率高,对此类零件的级进模设计具有一定的参考作用。

| Abstract: | A progressive die with automatic tapping structure was designed for a bracket.Based on analysis of the manufacturability of the bracket part,the layout design and die structure were developed.The upper and lower die set is characteristic with high accuracy,long service life and high precision of repeatable assembly. |
