基于Moldflow的注射模浇口位置优化

摘    要:针对浇口位置直接影响聚合物分子的取向和塑件成型的翘曲变形问题,运用Moldflow软件对塑件不同浇口位置的填充时间、熔接痕、气穴分布、注射压力及锁模力进行分析比较,得到了浇口位置的优化方案,从而有效降低了生产成本,缩短了产品开发周期,提高了模具设计效率。

Abstract:In view of the direct influence of gate location on the orientation of polymer molecules and warpage in plastic molding,Moldflow software was applied to make analysis and comparison of various gate locations at plastic parts in terms of their filling time,weld line,distribution of air trap,injection pressure and clamp force,and an optimized gate location was obtained.The results show that this method can effectively reduce costs,shorten development cycle and improve the efficiency of mould design.
