锂离子电池电解质LiBC_2O_4F_2的合成与电化学性能

摘    要:以草酸锂和三氟化硼乙醚溶液合成了草酸二氟硼酸锂(LiBC2O4F2),并用碳酸二甲酯溶剂进行萃取和重结晶对其提纯。LiBC2O4F2基电解液能钝化集流体铝箔,从而抑制了电解液溶剂的氧化。电化学测试结果表明:使用1.0mol/LLiBC2O4F2基电解液的LiMn2O4/Li电池首次放电比容量为110.2mAh/g,而使用1.0mol/LLiPF6基电解液时放电比容量为121.1mAh/g,但LiBC2O4F2基电解液的LiMn2O4/Li电池在室温和高温(60℃)的循环寿命比LiPF6基电解液好,且具有优良的低温放电性能。

Abstract:Lithium difluoro(axalato)borate (LiBC2O4F2) was synthesized by the reaction of Li2C2O4 and BF3 etherate,and purified through extraction and recrystallization using dimethyl carbonate (DMC) as the solvent.LiBC2O4F2-based electrolytes could passivate the aluminum cathode current collector and suppress the oxidation of electrolytic solvents at high potentials.The results of electrochemical experiments indicate that the discharging capacity of LiMn2O4/Li batteries with 1.0 mol/L LiBC2O4F2electrolyte is 110.2 mA...
