螺纹切削过程建模中有关参数的确定方法

目的　为了建立螺纹切削过程的数学模型 ,研究用复杂形状刀具加工复杂形状工件时 ,刀具和工件的描述方法以及切削层参数和形状的记录方法 .方法　用将复杂形状刀具工作表面和工件的被加工表面离散化的方法来记录刀具、工件形状以及工件形状的变化过程 .结果和结论　作者提出的离散化思路在工件弹性变形不大时 ,不仅适用于螺纹切削过程的数学建模 ,亦适用于其它复杂形状刀具加工简单形状工件和用简单形状刀具加工复杂形状工件时的数学建模

Determination of the Parameters for Thread-cutting Modeling

Aim\ To explore the method for describing cutter and workpiece, and the method for recording the shape and parameters of the cutting layer when complex workpiece is processed by using complex cutter, and to establish the mathematical model for thread cutting process. Methods\ The working surface of the complex cutter and the processed surface of the workpiece are discretized to record the shape of the cutter and workpiece, and the shaping of the workpiece. Results and Conclusion\ When the workpiece is of little elastic deformation, the discretization approach as proposed in this paper is applicable not only to the mathematical modeling for thread-cutting process, but to the modeling for processing simple workpiece by using complex cutter, and processing complex workpiece by using simple cutter.
