| 摘 要： | 文章分析了显微镜图像拼接及景深扩展技术的特点及在金相检验中的应用,该技术主要用于金属材料中特殊显徽组织、边缘异常组织的全貌观察。试验结果证明,图像拼接和景深扩展技术能够全面、准确、清晰地展现材料的微观组织形貌,对试样的分析检验有重要作用。

| Abstract: | In the paper,the characteristics of image mosaicking and expansion for depth of field as well as their applications in metallographic examinations are analyzed.They are mainly used in observing complete pictures of special microstructures and abnormal structures at edge in metallic materials.The test results show that they could exhibit the microstructural appearances of materials in the round accurately and clearly,which is important for analyzing and testing samples. |
