摘    要:海洋平台在位情况下存在较高的与船舶碰撞的风险,不仅会危及自身整体安全性,更会导致其工作的停滞和经济损失。各型平台由于自身结构型式和作业要求的不同,遭遇船舶碰撞时的结构损伤和动力响应也不同。本文基于非线性有限元分析方法,考虑历史事故统计数据,分别就导管架平台、自升式平台和半潜式平台在位情况下遭遇船舶碰撞进行典型工况分析。在此基础上,结合参数化分析对其抗撞能力和结构响应进行比较,并尝试对3型海洋平台进行风险评估初探。

Abstract:There are high collision risk existing between vessel and offshore platform under work condition. The collision result is very dangerous, for one thing, it will endanger the integer safety of structure, and then, it will lead to work stagnation and economical losses. The structure characteristics and working requirements of each offshore platform are different, so the structure damages and dynamic responses are also different. Based on non-liner finite element analysis methods, considering the historical incident data, the typical collisions, which are between vessel and offshore platforms such as jacket, jack-up or semi-submersible, are analyzed. Furthermore, on the structure anti-collision capacity and response are compared between these collisions based on parametric analysis. Finally, the qualitative risk assessment for these three types of offshore platform is put forwarded in this paper.
