| 摘 要： | 海洋模块钻机是海洋石油钻井平台的重要组成部分,目前投入使用的数量已达50台之多。滑轨是承担海洋模块钻机滑移作业的关键部件,在实际滑移过程中,多次出现了滑轨划伤的现象。本文针对上述情况,搜集整理了滑轨划伤的典型实例,对滑轨划伤的原因进行了分析,提出对应的防止划痕技术,以确保钻机滑轨结构的安全性和可靠性。

| Abstract: | Modular drilling rigs are the important part of offshore platforms, more than 50 of them have been used. Slipway structure is the key point of skidding for modular drilling rig. Several times during skidding, the slipway is damaged and left scratch on it. This paper collect the cases of slipway scratch, analysis the causes of slipway damage, and present the technical of scratch prevention, so as to make sure the safety of modular drilling rigs. |
