应用化工专业“2+1”人才培养模式的探讨

摘    要:为了保证应用化工专业培养高级技术应用型人才,我们在教学中采取了“2+1”人才培养模式。通过加强校企结合、更新课程设置、培养双师型师资队伍、加强学生管理及改革考核办法等措施确保“2+1”人才培养模式。通过三年的实践,充分利用了社会资源、转变了教师的教学观念和学生的学习方式,有效的促进学生的就业。

Abstract:In order to guarantee the application of chemical major cultivate high-level technical talents in teaching, we adopted a "2 + 1" talent cultivation mode. Through enhancing university-enterprise combination, updated curriculum, cultivate double-quality teachers team, to strengthen students' management and reform assessment measures such as measures to ensure that the "2 + 1" talent cultivation mode. Through three years of practice, it makes full use of social resources, transfbrming the teachers' teaching concept and student's study way, effectively promote student's employment.
