摘    要:阐述了一种新颖的并联变换器均流技术。与传统策略相比,该技术不对检测电流进行判定和处理,而是采用数字控制技术对并联各相之间的有效占空比失配和阻抗失配进行分析和补偿,从而实现精确的均流。这种新型均流技术从电路自身结构和特性出发,避免了因电流传感器精度不足等其它外界各种非理想因素对均流性能的影响。最后采用DSP数字实验平台对结果进行了验证。实验证明在各种失配情况下,均流性能优秀。

Abstract:A novel current sharing technique for digitally controlled two-phase Buck DC-DC converter is presented. The pulse width and resistance mismatches are digitally compensated to achieve equal current sharing without sensing current. Experimental are based on DSP digital power development platform and the results are shown for a two-phase synchronous buck converter with 9V input voltage, and 1.5V, 0-1.5A output.
