铝箔轧制油基础油的组成与性能

摘    要: 用GC/MS分析了8种铝箔轧制油基础油的组成,测定了基础油及其与3种添加剂复配得到的铝箔轧制油的主要性能,考察了基础油组成对其性能及其铝箔轧制油性能的影响。结果表明,基础油的馏程、黏度、油膜强度、退火性能、闪点等性能的要求,得到其高性能加氢基础油组成的综合指标:从馏分看,轻质组分(碳链碳原子数≤11)、重质组分(碳链碳原子数≥15)的质量分数分别等于或低于12%、22%,碳链碳原子数≥13的组分的质量分数应高于或等于23%;从族组成看,环烷烃的质量分数等于或低于27%,异构烷烃的质量分数高于或等于42%;平均碳链碳原子数等于或低于13.3。为解决轧制工艺与轧制油基础油性能要求之间的矛盾和开发高性能铝箔轧制油提供理论参考。

Abstract:The chemical compositions of eight stock oils were measured by GC/MS, and the main properties of stock oils and their rolling oils were also tested, on which the effects of the stock oil composition were investigated. The results showed that there existed the closed inherent relationship between the material composition, including the distribution and average value of carbon atom number in molecule chain, and the properties of the stock oil, such as the distillation range, the viscosity, the load-carrying capacity, the annealing capacity and the flash point. Moreover, according to the industrial requests for rolling oil, overall composition index of the high-powered hydrotreated stock oil was obtained, in which the mass fractions of light component (The carbon atom number in molecule chain of equal to or less than 11), heavy component (The carbon atom number in molecule chain of equal to or more than 15) should be equal to or less than 12%, 22%, respectively, and the mass fraction of component with carbon atom number in molecule chain of equal to or more than 13 should be more than or equal to 23% based on the data of distillation fraction; the mass fraction of cycloalkane should be equal to or less than 27%, the mass fraction of isoalkane should be more than or equal to 42% based on the data of group composition analysis; the average carbon atom number in molecule chain should be equal to or less than 13.3. The research results provided a academic instruction to the accommodation of the contradiction between the requirements of aluminum foil rolling processing and the properties of stock oils, and the development of the advanced oil used in aluminum foil rolling.
