高分子聚合物稀溶液管紊流的全断面流速分布规律

摘    要:作者在研究牛顿流体壁紊流剪切流时,曾对普兰特尔紊动交换系数进行线性修正,得到一个新的具有复复合结构形式的紊功交换系数。本文从非牛顿流体切应力分布规律出发,对这一新的紊动交换系数补充进表示粘弹性的附加项,导出把非牛顿流体全断面完整流速分布的一般公式,选用正确和适宜的高聚物稀溶液特性参数,得到常用的各类聚含物样溶液流速分布曲线,与实验结果相符较好。


The Velocity Distributions Law over a Total Section for Turbulent Pipe Flow of Dilute Macromolecular Polymer Solutions
Abstract:An advanced turbulence velocity of a complex construction-model had been discovered by means of a linear correction to Prandtl's turbulence viscosity, through the writer's early study of the wall turbulent shear flow for Newtonian fluid. In this paper, the author's study focussed from the shear stresses distributions law for Non-Newtonian is now to be reported that an additional term taking into account of the visco-elasticity has been supplemented to the advanced turbulence viscocity. And also a general formula of velocity distributions over a total section for Non-Newtonian fluid is successively derived. By selecting the correct and adaptive characteristic parameters of dilute macromolecular polymer solutions, the writer obtained the velocity distribution curves for various dilute polymer solutions, which are fundamentally accorded with the experimental results.
