基于3G电路域的移动流媒体系统及其性能分析

摘    要:提出了用3G可视电话终端来实现视频点播或电视直播的新方案,并对其传输效率进行了理论分析和实验验证,结果显示本方案可以提供较高的数据传输效率,从而保证了高质量的视音频效果.目前,在手机中实现电视直播等视频通信都是基于分组数据传输方式进行的,由于分组数据传输固有的缺点,不能保证业务的QoS,难以实施商业运营.相对而言,电路域的数据传输则可以保证每一个用户的信道带宽,并且具有延迟小、抖动小、传输效率高的特点.3G可视电话终端中通常内置有Videophone功能,它以64电路域数据链路为底层承载,我们藉此来方便的实现电路域的视频点播或电视直播功能,不用对终端做任何硬件改造和软件改造,而且可以达到比分组域更好的效果.

Abstract:Propose a 3G mobile TV live broadcast solution that employs 3G Videophone handset as client terminal.By theoretic analysis and experiment,it shows that the solution has higher tranmission efficiency,and therefore gurantees higher visualaural effect.Currently,in handset,almost all the TV broadcast services are runing on packet switched data link,however,because of the inherent shortcoming,the QoS cann't be ensured and hard to provide comercial service.As comparison,the circuit switched data link can guarantee the bandwidth for each user,and has a character of low delay and higher efficiency.The 3G-324M videophone is usually an default function of 3G handset,it takes CS link as the bottom bear,so it can be used to reallize VOD or TV broadcast,with better effect than that on packet data link,and without any modification of 3G handset.
