摘    要:在高压管道上进行带压开孔作业时,管道内的高压液体作用在开孔机主轴下端,产生了很大的轴向阻力.笔者设计的压力平衡式开孔机能将主轴下端的液体压力作为控制信号,推动液控换向阀换向,将液压系统中的高压液体引入到开孔机主轴的上端,使开孔机主轴两端的作用力相互平衡,解决了开孔机主轴上轴向阻力过大的问题.

Abstract:When making hot tap under the high pressure pipeline, the high pressure of the fluid in the pipeline applies to the lower portion of the tapping machine spindle to produce a great axial resistance. The tapping machine with pressure balance was designed, a pressure responsive directional valve actuated by the pressure of the lower portion of the spindle was used to control hydraulic pressure acting on the upper portion of the spindle and counterbalance the hydraulic force applied to the spindle. This method solves the problem of a great axial resistance on the spindle.
