复合材料管与接头胶接构件的强度与疲劳性能研究

摘    要:复合材料具有比强度高、耐疲劳性能好、减震性能好、性能可设计等诸多优点,在航空航天、汽车等工业领域得到了广泛应用。本文通过改变复合材料管的铺层和胶接结构形式考察某航天复合材料管与接头连接构件的抗弯强度和疲劳性能。结果表明,采用双搭结构或单搭结构胶接段管的外侧局部加强都可以显著提高复合材料管与接头胶接构件的抗弯性能及疲劳性能,这两种方法都能够满足该航天构件的设计要求。

Abstract:The composites possess many useful properties like high specific strength,good fatigue resistance,good shock absorption performance,and performance optimization through design which make them attractive to the automobile and aerospace industries.In this paper,bending strength and fatigue properties of adhesive bonded composite components applied to aerospace are investigated through changing stacking sequence and orientation,overlap length,types of adhesive joints and local reinforcement outside composite pipe.The results show that the bending properties of adhesive and fatigue properties of the components can be significantly improved by double-lap joint or single-lap joint with local reinforcement outside composite pipe,which satisfies design objective of the aerospace component.
