大焓降叶栅中流动损失沿流向发展的实验研究

摘    要:在环形叶栅低速风洞上,对亚临界600MW汽轮机中间级大焓降静叶栅进行了吹风实验。应用五孔球头测针,详细测量了在3个冲角下由栅前至栅后7个横截面(栅前1、栅内5、栅后1)内气流参数沿叶高和节距的分布;开展大焓降后部加载弯叶栅中流动损失沿流向发展特性的研究。实验结果表明,大焓降静叶栅具有良好的气动性能。

Abstract:The intermediate stage large enthalpy drop turbine cascades of the subcritical 600MW steam turbine were experimental studied in the low speed annular wind tunnel.The fluid flow parameter distributions along the blade span and blade pitch were measured detailedly with 5-holes ball head probe.Experiment measured seven sections(cascade front 1 section,cascade inside 5 sections and cascade outlet 1 section) under three different incidences.The major work is the experimental investigation on flow loss characteristics along flow direction of large enthalpy drop aft-loading curved blade.The results of experiment show that the large enthalpy drop turbine cascades have a good aerodynamic performance.
