赤泥综合利用技术研究

摘    要:根据赤泥中各金属离子化学活性的不同,分别用不同浓度、不同种类的酸对赤泥进行分步浸出,使赤泥中的各金属离子得到初步分离。再分别对浸出液进行处理以得到氧化钪、氧化钛等产品,其纯度分别在97%和95%以上。三次酸浸赤泥渣可以配料生产高标号水泥,实现了赤泥综合利用的目的。

Abstract:According to the chemical activity difference of the metal ions in the red mud,the red mud was leached by different concentration and different kinds of acid step by step to separate the metal ions in the red mud.And then the scandium oxide and titanium oxide were gain by treating the leaching solution separately,their purities could reach to more than 97% and 95% separately.After three stages of acid leaching,the red mud slag could be used as proportioning to product the high mark cement so as to realize the comprehensive utilization of the red mud.
