| Abstract: | The electrolytic aluminium industry transferring to western regions is a general trend recently,at the same time the transfer of recycling aluminium industry becomes a hot topic.It must be pointed out that western regions have not the qualification to develop large scale recycling aluminium industry.In fact the western recycling aluminium industry is more dependent on endogenous development. |
