纤维曲线铺放制备变刚度复合材料层合板的研究进展

摘    要:纤维曲线铺放技术可以同时对刚度和强度进行剪裁优化设计,由此制得的变刚度复合材料层合板与传统的复合材料层合板相比,其重量和成本可以减少10%~30%,同时结构性能得到显著提高。本文先介绍了纤维曲线铺放技术及变刚度复合材料的概念,对比分析了纤维曲线铺放的两种方法,然后讨论了变刚度复合材料层合板设计制造的主要问题,重点论述了纤维曲线铺放变刚度层合板的应用研究,最后对纤维曲线铺放技术的应用前景进行了展望。

RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ON VARIABLE-STIFFNESS COMPOSITE LAMINATES MANUFACTURED BY VARIABLE ANGLE TOW PLACEMENT

Abstract:The application of variable angle tow(VAT) placement technology allows the optimal tailoring of both stiffness and strength.Compared with traditional laminated fiber composites,it will reduce weight and production cost by at least 10%(possibly up to 30%) and improve the structural efficiency significantly.A review of recent work on variable-stiffness composites prepared by the VAT technology is presented here.This review introduces some basic definitions of the VAT technology and variable-stiffness composites.Comparisons between the two placement methods are also discussed.Then,the key issues existing in the design,fabrication and application of variable-stiffness composite laminates are highlighted with a selection of representative literature.
