硼镁石铝热还原法炼镁实验研究

摘    要:以硼镁石为原料,配入一定量的碳酸钙,并压制成团,经过煅烧获得熟料,将熟料与铝粉还原剂制团,在高温真空条件下可以还原制取金属镁.本文考察了生料的制团压力、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对烧损率和镁还原率的影响,研究得出在45MPa~60MPa生料制团压力,煅烧温度在950℃ ~ 1000℃,恒温0.5h镁还原率较高.

Abstract:Magnesium can be extracted from calcined ascharite mineral by aluminothermic method under vacuum condition.In this paper effects of briquetting pressure of ascharite mineral and calcium carbonate,and calcination temperature and calcination time on ignition loss and on magnesium reduction rate are studied.It is showed that higher reduction rate of magnesium can be achieved through briquetting at 45MPa~60MPa,calcinations at 950℃~1000℃ for 0.5h.
