碳纤维/环氧树脂复合材料加速热氧老化研究

摘    要:以T700-CF/828+TDE-85复合材料为研究对象,分别在160℃、180℃和200℃下对其进行了60天的加速热氧老化,研究了老化过程中复合材料的失重率、力学性能、玻璃化转变温度以及化学结构的变化,分析了其热氧老化机理。用TG法研究了该复合材料的热解动力学,应用Flynn-Wall-Ozawa法计算热解平均活化能(E=92.98kJ/mol),并用热解动力学参数预测材料的寿命。

Abstract:Accelerated thermo-oxidative aging on T700-CF/828+TDE-85 composites was performed at 160℃,180℃ and 200℃ temperatures for 60 days.The thermo-oxidative mechanism was analyzed by studying the changes in the weight loss,mechanical property,glass transition temperature and composition of the composite with ageing time.The thermodegradation kinetics of the composite was investigated using TGA.The activation energy(E=92.98kJ/ mol) of the decomposition of the composite and its lifetime were also calculated based on the Flynn-Wall-Ozawa methods.
