凝汽器漏入空气量在线监测

摘    要:针对目前凝汽器漏入空气量的检测一直使用严密性试验而没有在线监测方法的问题,提出一种基于凝汽器饱和蒸汽温度应达值与实际值对比,并利用BP网络实现非线性映射的方法。以冷却水温度、冷却水流量、汽轮机排汽量、总体传热系数(凝汽器水侧脏污程度)以及排汽室实际温度BP网络的输入,真空严密性试验得到的漏入真空系统空气量作为网络的目标输出通过对BP网络进行训练,得到各级连接权值,实现对凝汽器漏入空气量的在线监测。

Abstract:In view of the leakage test for the quantity of leaking air to condenser without on-line measuring methods,the approach of comparing attain value and actual value for saturated steam temperature in condenser and using BP network for nonlinear mapping was established.With the temperature of the cooling water,cooling water flow,discharge quantity of turbine steam,actual temperature of exhaust steam room and overall heat transfer coefficient(smudgy degree in water side of condenser) as the input of the BP network,air amount of leaking into condenser system with vacuum leakage test as the target output of network,the on-line monitoring of air amount leaking into condenser was achieved through training of BP network.
