移动电商平台建立用户信任的设计研究

摘    要:目的对移动互联网电商平台建立稳定长久的用户信任,在提高用户粘性的同时达成将普通用户转变为忠实用户。方法了解影响人对网站信任产生的因素,并关联成功案例分析获得各设计要点,根据要点提炼归纳指导移动互联网外卖产品营造用户信任感的产品思路与设计方法。结论持久稳定的用户信任不单单在主观感知方面,更多在于客观认知上,将UGC理念的引入、关键信息外露、提高用户参与及利用社交关系等对平台建立持续的信任具有积极的作用。

Abstract:It aims to construct the long-term and stable user trust on m-commerce platform, promote the adhesiveness of users and transforming the common users to the loyal ones. People have to understand the influencing factors of trust in the website, and correlation analysis of successful case to obtain the design points, according to the point of concluding the guidance of mobile Internet products to create a product takeaway idea and design method of user trust. The long-term and stable user trust not only depends on the subject perception, but more on the objective one. Introducing the UGC theory, displaying the key information, and expanding users'' engagement in social relations, could build a sustainable trusting platform.
