摘    要:为了缓解含风电、光伏等新能源微网并网对系统安全运行的影响,提出了在分时电价下,考虑储能系统的微网优化调度策略。以微网总成本最低为目标,分别考虑了投资成本、污染惩罚成本及主网购电成本,建立了微网主网联合运行优化模型,并以典型日负荷出力情况为例分析了不同情景下的优化结果。算例结果表明,所提策略和模型能有效实现微网优化调度,有效降低了含电动汽车和蓄电池等储能设备的微网年运行成本,同时能够保障微网和主网的联合安全运行。

Microgrid Optimal Dispatch Model Considering Energy Storage System
Abstract:In order to alleviate the influence of the new energy micro-grid connected grid on the safe operation of the power system, the paper puts forward optimal dispatch strategy of micro-grid based time-sharing electricity price. Taking the minimum cost of micro-grid as the goal, the costs of investment, pollution penalty and purchasing power form the main grid were considered respectively. And then optimal operation model of micro-grid and main grid was established. The optimal results of different scenarios were analyzed with the typical daily load output. The results show that the proposed strategy and model are able to effectively optimize the scheduling of micro-grid, effectively reduce the micro-grid operating costs of energy storage equipment such as electric vehicles and accumulators, as well ensure the safe operation of micro-grid and main ngrid.
