摘    要:针对传统助航灯具光强检测方法比较繁琐的问题,文章设计了一种基于三自由携载机构的助航灯具光强检测系统,该设计以三自由携载机构和基于PC机的运动控制系统为核心;详细介绍了三自由携载机构的原理和基于PC机的运动控制系统的结构,给出了系统软件设计的关键,并且进行了实验;实验结果表明:该系统能够很好地检测出助航灯具光强在空间的分布;基于三自由度携载机构的助航灯具光强检测系统具有简洁、成本低的特点,具有很大的实用价值。

Abstract:To the problem of complex measurement of illuminant intensity, the illuminant lamp intensity measurement system based on 3 - DOF carrying mechanism is presented. The core of the system is 3 - DOF carrying mechanism and motion control system based on PC. The paper introduces the principle of 3 - DOF carrying mechanism, and the general structure of motion control system based on PC, the key of soft design is also given. The experimental results show that the system could measure efficiently the distribution of illuminant lamp intensity in space. The system is compact and practical.
