摘    要:洛河电厂NS 3 0 0 2 0 0型凝升泵由于扬程远大于运行所需值,且泵的设计流量也大于实际流量较多。现采用叶轮切削方法,将泵的流量、扬程、及功率降低至合理值。切削后投入运行以来各项性能指标均能满足系统需求,泵组运行平稳。

Abstract:The pressure head of a NS300/200 condensate pump in Luohe Power Plant was found to be higher than required. The same was the case with the designed flow capacity. The pressure head as well as the flow volume was than reduced to a reasonable magnitude by suitable lathing the pump's impeller. Operation shows that the pump's performance now meets the system's requirement and running is steady and stable.
