燃水煤浆工业锅炉除尘的初步研究

水煤浆是一种新型煤基代油清洁燃料，将广泛应用在工业和电站锅炉，其燃烧产生的飞灰的化学成分与燃煤成分相同。由于水煤浆及燃烧的自身特点，其飞灰和烟气的特性指标同比燃煤存在一定的差异，其可收集性要优于燃煤飞灰。阐明采用干法而避开湿法收集，优先选用脉冲布袋除尘器和电除尘器。为降低电除尘器的设备成本和使之高效、安全、可靠地运行，提出了在设计中注意把握的几个方面，对于烟气量小的工业锅炉，采用组合式电除尘器。
