| 摘 要： | 本文通过对美、英、俄罗斯（前苏联）及日本的核燃料工厂已发生并公开报道的22起核临界事故及美国的一起未遂核临界事故的原因分析，从对核临界事故的认识，核燃料工厂的设计、运行管理和事故的紧急处理以及管理部门的审管方面，分析了我们应该吸取的主要经验教训。
