基于FEM的不规则纸芯结构的蜂窝纸压缩性能分析

摘    要:针对蜂窝纸芯存在不规则结构参数的现状,提出了不规则结构参数对蜂窝纸静态压缩力学性能的影响.调查蜂窝纸芯结构现状的基础上引入蜂窝纸芯的成型原理,介绍蜂窝纸静态压缩的4个阶段.建立具有不同胶边值的蜂窝纸模型,分析蜂窝纸在有限元软件中成型过程,并完成各蜂窝纸的分析与比较.最后得到相应结论,有利于进一步分析蜂窝纸板性能和上胶设备的改进.

Abstract:Anomalistic hexagon structure of the honeycomb paperboard core has an impact on its compression characteristics. The molding principle honeycomb paperboard core and the four stages of its static compression were introduced. The model of honeycomb paperboard cores with different value of glued edge was established. The static compression performance was analyzed and compared with FEM. The results can be reference for further analysis of its performance and design of new glue applicator.
