| 摘 要： | 根据丰润粮库住宅小区工程的施工过程，针对已完工程出现的砌体裂缝问题进行了综合分析，并提出了墙体裂缝的防治措施，得出了该措施效果较好的结论，以解决砖砌体裂缝问题。

| Abstract: | According to the construction process of Fengrunliangku residential district,the author makes comprehensive analysis aiming at the brick masonry crack problems occurred of the project,and provides prevention measures of wall crack,gets the conclusion that the effect of this measure is better,in order to solve crack problems of brick masonry crack. |
