扩渗稀土对半金属摩阻材料耐腐蚀性能的影响

摘    要:通过盐水静态浸渍实验、湿热试验和极化曲线的测定,研究了稀土化学热扩渗表面处理方法对半金属摩阻材料表面耐腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,材料表面的腐蚀速率减小,腐蚀级别降低,该表面处理技术可有效改善半金属摩阻材料的耐腐蚀性能。

Abstract:The corrosion resistance of semimetal frictional materials by permeating Rare Earths has been investigated. The results of weight loss determination moisture test and polarization curve test show that the corrosion rate is decreased, and at the same time, the corrosion grade is reduced to lower levels. It has been proved that the rare earths permeating treatment method is effective for improving the anti-corrosion property of semimetal frictional materials.
