凹凸棒土负载壳聚糖去除鱼油重金属的实验研究

摘    要:以凹凸棒土和壳聚糖为原料,制成凹凸棒土负载壳聚糖新型吸附剂,脱除鱼油中重金属。实验探析了壳聚糖的不同脱乙酰度和凹凸棒土的壳聚糖负载量对重金属脱除率的影响;同时考察了pH值、吸附时间、吸附温度对鱼油重金属脱除率的影响。结果表明,凹凸棒土负载壳聚糖吸附剂吸附能力随着壳聚糖脱乙酰度增加而增强;壳聚糖负载率为10%时,吸附能力最强。吸附剂对汞(Ⅱ)、铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、砷(Ⅲ)最佳吸附条件为:在pH=10、吸附温度为35℃时,对铅(Ⅱ)、镉(Ⅱ)、砷(Ⅲ)的吸附平衡时间为60 min,而汞(Ⅱ)的吸附时间应延长至80 min。

Abstract:A kind of new adsorbent was made to remove heavy metal ions in fish oil with attapulgite and chitosan as raw materials.The effect of different factors,include deacetylation,the amount of chitosan loaded by attapulgite,pH,adsorption time and adsorption temperature,on adsorption rate was studied in the experiment.Results showed that adsorption capacity was strengthened along with increase of the deacetylation;When loading rate of chitosan was 10%,the adsorption rate arrived the highest point.The optimum adsorption conditions were pH 10 at 35 ℃,the equilibrium time was 60 minutes to Pb(Ⅱ),Cd(Ⅱ),As(Ⅲ),while 80 minutes to Hg(Ⅱ).
