摘    要:米糠油对降低血液中的胆固醇、加速血液循环、防止动脉硬化、治疗高血压等具有良好的疗效,米糠油是有益于人体健康的营养油。毛米糠油酸值较高,难以控制,精炼米糠油的工艺难度大、炼耗高。通过对设备和工艺进行创新和改进,采用物理精炼与化学精炼相结合的新方法来制取高质量、低炼耗的一级米糠油。

Abstract:Rice bran oil has a good effect on reducing blood cholesterol,accelerating blood circulation,preventing atherosclerosis and curing high blood pressure.Therefore,the rice bran oil is beneficial to human health.But the acid value of crude rice bran oil is high,and is hard to control.The refine process is difficult and costly.We carry on the innovation and the improvement on the equipment and the craft,the first grade rice bran oil with high-quality,low loss is produced by new method which combined physical refining with chemical refining.
