水管冷却技术在高性能混凝土渡槽工程中的应用

摘    要:针对水工渡槽工程在施工中容易出现裂缝的问题,借助于混凝土水管冷却温度场及应力场的严密算法,对南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程中的水北沟渡槽工程进行了施工期的水管冷却效果对比分析,结果表明,水管冷却具有良好的导热降温作用,可有效地防止在施工早期和后期出现温度裂缝,可为类似工程提供借鉴作用。

Abstract:Aiming at the crack problem of launder project in the period of construction,with the help of the accurate algorithm for pipe cooling temperature and stress field of concrete structure,a comparative analysis is put forward for Shui Bei-gou Launder,one engineering of the emergent water supply project between Tian Jing and Shi Jia-zhuang,which belongs to the middle route of south to north water transfer project.The result shows that the pipe-cooling has obvious action in heat conduction and temperature reduction and can effectively prevent the temperature crack in the early and later stage of concrete construction,which can provide the referrence to similar engineering.
