稀土永磁无刷直流电动机伺服系统

摘    要:介绍了一种基于常规硬件电路实现电气伺服系统的自适应控制的方法,叙述了控制思想,并用80C196KC单片机和常规的硬件电路实现了复杂的控制算法,系统所用电机为方波驱动的稀土永磁无刷直流电动机,位置传感器为简单的霍尔式位置传感器,无速度传感器。实验表明,系统简单、可靠,定位精度、跟踪精度高,系统响应速度快,调速范围宽,电机速度稳定性好,低速转矩脉动小。

Abstract:The measure using simple hardware to realize self-adaptation control in electric servo-drive system is presented in this paper. The control idea is described and the complicated control method is realized by 80C196KC with the simple hardware circuit, the motor in this system is rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor driving by square wave, having HALL as position sensor without speed sensor. The result of experiment shows that the system is simple, reliable, high precision in orientation and track, quickly responds to speed, widely speed regulation, good stability of motor speed, small torque ripple in low speed.
