浅谈四川电力系统调峰

摘    要:本文针对四川电力系统的调峰问题,重点分析了电网的调峰现状及存在的主要问题是:火电调峰有限潜力不大,水电调节性能差调峰发电量损失大,火电调峰影响发电设备安全,水电调峰电网经济效益差,并指出了调峰问题随着电网发展,大型火电不断投入,电网卡脖子,大量小水电上网以及日负荷率逐年下降等原因,使电网调峰问题更加严峻。最后提出了近期和长远改善电力系统调峰的措施和办法。

Abstract:The state of peaking regulation of the network is studied significantly here in accordance with peaking regulation problem in Sichuan Power System. The main problems are limited peaking ability of thermal power plant, poor regulating capability of hydropower station with great loss of hydro energy as a peaking station, influence on safety of generating equipment of thermal Bpo-wer Plant as a peaking station, low economical benifit for hydro power station as a peaking station. The authors indicate that peaking regulation of the network become more and more difficult along with developing of the power system, continuous commissining of large-scaled thermal power plants, poor system regulating ability, commissioning of a large number of small hydro powerplants and decreasing of daily peak load rate. Finally, the paper recommends the measures and ways for improving peaking regulation of the Sichuan Power Systm now and future.
