注水泵压力升级改造及其柱塞密封改进

针对吐哈油田温米采油厂注水系统超压运行 ,机件磨损及疲劳损坏严重的情况 ,提出对油田注水系统整体改造方案 ,对注水泵实施压力升级改造。注水泵压力升级改造是在泵行程和泵速不变 ,不更换电动机的前提下 ,通过减小泵的柱塞直径 ,即减小泵的流量来提高泵的排出压力 ,以满足注水需求。实践证明 ,对注水泵实施压力升级改造后 ,在不改变现有设备、管网、电网和其它配套设施的情况下 ,可顺利实现对地层高压注水的要求 ,并节约了大量资金。又针对改造后出现的新问题 ,对柱塞、隔环和填料进行了改进 ,改进后 ,易损件的寿命也大大提高 ,柱塞的寿命由改造前的 12 0 0h提高到 2 10 0h ;填料的寿命由改造前的 190h提高到 6 0 0h

Modification of water injection pump for pressure boosting

The water injection system in Wenmi Oil Production Plant in Tuha Oilfield has been running at excessive pressure, some of the parts of the system were severely worn. Therefore the water injection pump must be modified for pressure upgrading. The method is lessening the diameter of the pump plunger to raise the discharge pressure of the pump. Practice shows that, by using this method, without changing the existing other equipment and installations, the system can meet the need of high-pressure water injection. In the light of the problems with the modification, the pump plunger and spacing ring and stuffing are improved.
