摘    要:应用科学的手段对风电机组有效的选型,对确保风电场经济效益提高、产能增加、机组可用系数和上网率提高、投资量和运维费用减少并实现风机实际运行值与理论设计值高度具有重要作用。建立了风电机组多指标融合评价指标体系和评价方法,并开发出了基于多指标融合评价方法的风电机组优化选型辅助决策系统,并在工程应用中起到了良好的社会效益和经济效益,为发电企业的风电机组优化选型起到了积极作用。

Design for Assistant Decision System of Wind Turbine Optimum Type Selection Based on Multi-Index Fusing Evaluation Method

Abstract:Effective selection of the wind turbine plays an important role in increasing the economic benefit, productivity and availability and reducing the operation and maintenance cost of wind farms. It also significantly helps the real operation value to reach the design value. In this paper the multi-index fusing system and evaluation method for wind turbines are proposed and the system based on the multi-index fusing evaluation method for the optimum type selection of wind turbines is developed. The system as introduced in the paper has achieved good social benefits and economic benefits in the actual engineering application, and has played an active role in the optimum type selection for the wind turbines of power generation enterprises.
