| 摘 要： | 分析云南省热带作物科学研究提供的千年桐果仁,用化学方法分析其中的水分、灰分、粗纤维、蛋白质、还原糖、粗脂肪等营养成分和无机元素含量,并利用气相色谱-质谱联用检测千年桐挥发油的化学成分进行研究,鉴定出约16种化学成分,通过与前期所做膏桐成分对比做出分析。 |

| Abstract: | Chemical constituents of Vernicia Montana,provided Yunnan institute of tropical crops,were studied in this paper.The contents of the moisture,ash and crude fiber,proteins,sugar,fat and other nutrients and inorganic elements of Vernicia montana nuts were analysised by chemical methods.The chemical constituents from the essential oil were isolated and purified by GC-MS methods,sixteen compounds were identified and further compared with the provious analysis of Jatropha curcas. |
