| Abstract: | This paper analyzed the energy consumption of the enclosure structure of the buildings in northern region.Starting with of the outer wall and the outer window energy-saying reforming,the techniques and economy analyzing,the energy-saving reforming program and save energy latent capacity of the building in northern region was investigated. |
