摘    要:以不同的芳香酸为原料,经酯化、氨解、环化反应合成了一系列1,3,4-噁二唑(4a-4e)。4中的N—H键与2-氰基-4’-溴甲基联苯经缩合反应合成了具有多种潜在生物活性尚未见文献报道的标题化合物5a~5e。5的结构经1HNMR,IR和MS表征确认。

Abstract:A series of 1,3,4-oxadiazole-2-thione (4a~4e) derivatives were synthesized from aromatic acids via esterification, ammonilysis and cyclization. Reaction of 4 with 2 -cyano -4' -bromomethyl biphenyl gave novel compounds 5a~5e with potent bioactivities, which were never reported in the literatures. 5 were confirmed with 1H NMR, IR and MS.
