摘    要:为了建立能够有效支持产品平台设计的零件族系统,本研究构建了一个描述零件族全生命周期特性的模型。首先采用面向对象的分析方法对零件族和零件实例的全生命周期信息进行分析,然后利用事物特性表技术对零件族的属性信息和组织结构进行描述,建立了层次性的零件族属性模型,最后提出了面向全生命周期的零件族层次特性模型,并通过实例对模型进行了验证。

Research on the Modeling Method of Full Lifecycle Oriented the Hierarchy Characteristic Model of Part Family
Abstract:In order to establish the part family management system which can support the product platform design effectively,a model describing the full lifecycle characters of part family is researched and established.Firstly an objected-oriented analytical method is utilized to analyze the full lifecycle message of part family and part instance,and then the SML(tabular layouts of article characteristics) is utilized to describe the property and the structure of the part family,the hierarchy property model of the part family is established,lastly the full lifecycle oriented hierarchy characteristic model of the part family is proposed,and the model is verified by an example.
