| 摘 要： | 以河南某钙基膨润土矿为原料,以碳酸钠为改型剂,采用半干法挤压改型工艺制备了钠基膨润土。结果表明:在碳酸钠用量为3%、挤压3次、加水量为17.5%、原料粒度20目时可制备出膨胀倍和胶质价均较高的产品,产品泥浆性能符合GB/T5005-2001钻井膨润土的指标要求。

| Abstract: | A Ca-bentonite clay from He'nan province was used to prepare Na-bentonite by semi-dry extrusion modification process using sodium carbonate as modified agent.The results showed that the production had high colloid index and expansion rate and meet to GB/T5005-2001 when the dosage of sodium carbonate was 3%,extrusion times was 3,the dosage of water was 17.5% and the particle size of raw material was minus 20 mesh. |
