水刀切割钛及钛合金中厚板工艺初探

摘    要:随着世界航空市场趋好,钛及钛合金中厚板的需求旺盛,采用传统的火焰切割方式切割钛及钛合金已无法满足航空工业的需求。进行了钛及钛合金中厚板水刀切割实验。结果表明,水压、沙流量和切割速率是影响钛及钛合金中厚板切割质量的主要因素;Ti-6A1-4V合金中厚板切割水压应控制在372.3-393.0MPa,沙流量应控制在0.681kg/min,切割速率根据板材的厚度分别控制在10—20mm厚为260mm/min,20-30mm厚为145mm/min,30.40厚为96mm/min,40—50mm厚为65mm/min,50—60mm厚为48mm/min;TA2,TA7.Ti-1023合金视其硬度大小确定切割速率,与Ti-6A1—4V合金切割速率比分别为1.4,1.2,0.8。经济效益对比分析结果表明,水刀切割钛及钛合金中厚板的费用仅为火焰切割费用的1,3左右,水刀切割所耗时间为火焰切割的1/5左右。

Abstract:As the markets of aerospace for the thick titanium and its alloy plate are more and more of the increase,it is impossible to meet the requirements of aerospace industry for the traditional blaze incision,so the experiments of waterjet process for cutting thick titanium and its alloy plate were performed. The results show that the major influence factors of the cutting quality for thick titanium and its alloy plate are water pressure,sand flux rate and cutting rate. For cutting Ti-6A1-4V thick plate by wrterjet process,the water pressure and sand flux rate should be respectively controlled at 372.3 MPa to 393.0 MPa and 0.681 kg/min,and the cutting rate should be taken as different values on the basis of the thickness of the plates: 260mm/min for 1.0 mm to 20 mm in thickness,145 mm/min for 20 mm to 30 mm,96 mm/min for 30 mm to 40 mm,65 mm/min for 40 mm to 50 mm,and 48 mm/min for 50 mm to 60 mm in thickness. For another kind of titanium and alloy such as TA2,TA7,Ti-1023,the cutting rate should be taken according to the hardness of the plate,and as compare with Ti-6A1-4V,the cutting rate ratio is 1.4,1.2 and 0.8 respectively. The contrast analysis shows that the cost of waterjet process for cutting thick titanium plate is one third as lower as that of blaze incision process,the former working time is one fifth as less as that of the latter.
