摘    要:绕组变形是造成变压器故障最常见的原因,因此直观、定量的带电检测方法极具意义。目前的绕组变形超声波成像检测方法,必须知道绕组半径及绕组中心点位置等变压器内部参数,且只适用于绕组线圈的径向变形,具有较大的局限性。为此,提出了绕组变形的垂直表征式超声波三维成像检测方法。首先,为解决目前算法必须知道变压器内部参数的问题,用发射换能器到绕组的垂直距离作为绕组状况的特征量,形成了垂直表征式超声波三维成像算法。然后,提出了绕组变形定量定性表示方法,能适用于多种形状的绕组形变,显著拓展了三维成像检测方法的应用范围。研制垂直表征式超声波三维成像检测系统,能对绕组进行三维成像带电检测。最后,对某模拟变压器进行现场试验,验证了系统的有效性。

Abstract:As winding deformation is the most common cause of transformer failure,intuitive and quantitative live inspection methods are of great importance.Current ultrasonic wave imaging method can only be applied when internal parameters of the transformer such as radius and center point position of the winding are known.It has great limitation,for it is applicable only to radial deformation of the winding coil.In this background,a vertical representation ultrasonic 3D imaging method was proposed for inspection of winding deformation. Firstly,to solve the problem of necessary availability of internal transformer parameters,the vertical distance between the transmitting transducer and the winding was used as the characteristic quantity of the winding status to form a vertical representation ultrasonic wave 3D imaging algorithm.Then,a qualitative and quantitative expressive method was proposed for winding deformation,and it could be applied to various forms of winding deformation,thus expanding the application range of the 3D imaging inspection method. Furthermore,the developed vertical representation ultrasonic 3D imaging inspection system could realize 3D imaging live inspection. Finally,on-site test for a certain simulation transformer verified the effectiveness of the system.
