复合材料自动铺放技术的研究进展及其工艺特点分析

摘    要:首先分析了自动铺放技术的国内外研究进展,重点介绍了上海电气于2016年收购德国宝捷自动化公司最新研制的自动铺放设备的技术特点;然后对纤维自动铺放技术与树脂传递模塑技术的工艺流程及优缺点进行了比较;最后分析了纤维自动铺放技术的铺放头结构、工艺流程、及铺放路径规划等工艺特点。

Abstract:The researching progress at home and abroad on automatic placement of composite material was analyzed firstly,and then the technical features of the automatic placement equipment newly developed by Broetje Automation which has been acquired by Shanghai Electric in 2016 was introduced.After that the process flow and advantages between Automated Fiber Placement (AFP) and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) was compared.At last,the head structure,process flow and path planning of fiber placement technology were analyzed.
