| 摘 要： | 在进行某1 030 MW机组汽轮机汽门调试时,发现由于控制逻辑、设备安装与油质控制等问题导致调门工作多次出现异常,分析和处理后问题得到了解决,经汽门快关时间测试,各汽门均满足相关要求,在设备出厂、资料交付、油质控制、现场安装与调试等方面给出了相应建议.

| Abstract: | During steam valves commissioning of 1 030 MW unit steam turbine,abnormities due to controllogic, equipment installation and oil quality control are detected in the commissioning work and finally get e-liminated through analysis and treatment. After test on fast shutdown time,it is proved that all the steamvalves can meet the requirements; moreover,suggestions on equipment delivery,document handover,oilquality control, field installation and commissioning are given in this paper. |
