智能变电站扩建110kV母差保护不停电接入的实践

摘    要:智能变电站的继电保护二次回路由直观的二次接线转变为不直观的抽象网络数据流,扩建过程中必须考虑到新间隔对运行间隔的影响,布置合理恰当的安全措施.在分析智能变电站检修机制的基础上,探讨了智能变电站扩建110 kV母差保护的不停电接入的相关安全措施,并通过220 kV 文津变110 kV学林玉与域间隔扩建工程验证了策略的正确性和安全措施的可靠性.

Abstract:The intuitive secondary circuits of relay protection in smart substation have been changed into ab-stract network data streams. Reasonable and appropriate safety measures must be taken during the extensionwith the consideration of the influence of new intervals on operation intervals. Based on analysis of mainte-nance mechanism for smart substation,the paper elaborates on relevant safety measures for 110 kV bus dif-ferential protection connection without power cut in smart substation extension;besides,it verifies correctnessof extension strategy and reliability of safety measures by the extension project of interval I and II of 110 kVXuelin line of 220 kV Wenjin substation.
