摘    要:为解决锅炉给水系统流动加速腐蚀的问题,对1 000 MW机组锅炉采用了精确控制加氧技术,使给水中铁的含量基本控制在1 滋g/L以下,省煤器结垢速率为111.9 g/(m^2.a),远远小于未加氧机组省煤器结垢速率,有效防止了水冷壁节流孔圈的堵塞,保证了机组的安全经济运行.

Abstract:For handling flow accelerated corrosion of boiler feedwater system,accurate control of oxygenatedfeedwater is applied in boilers of 1 000 MW units to keep iron content in the feedwater below 1 μg/L. Thescaling rate of economizer is 111.9 g∕(m^2.a),which is far lower than that of economizer without oxygenation.Therefore,blockage in throttle orifice of water wall is prevented and safe and economical operation of units isguaranteed.
